A $50 deposit may be required to secure an appointment (as provided by the client).
Appointment confirmations are sent via our scheduling platform.

2.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must follow the cancellation or rescheduling timeline provided in the booking system.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting the deposit and/or additional fees as outlined on the booking platform.
2.3 Late Arrivals
Arriving late may reduce your treatment time or require rescheduling based on provider availability.
3. Refunds, Returns & Payments
3.1 Service Payments
Payments are processed through a secure third-party system.
Prices may vary or be updated at any time.
All sales for completed services are final.
3.2 Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the booking system.
Services already performed cannot be refunded.
Treatment outcomes vary per individual; no guarantees are provided for aesthetic results.
3.3 Products
Product sales (including skincare and supplements) are final unless defective.
Supplement purchases made through Fullscript follow Fullscript’s refund and shipping policies.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for providing truthful and accurate information at booking and during appointments.
4.2 Health Disclosure During Appointment
While no medical forms are collected through the website, clients are expected to disclose relevant health conditions directly to the provider during their in-person consultation for safety and treatment suitability.
4.3 Post-Care Compliance
Clients are responsible for following all pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided by the clinic.
5. Photo Submissions & Media Use
5.1 Voluntary Submissions
If clients voluntarily send photos (e.g., for treatment suitability), these will be used only for internal assessment.
5.2 Marketing Consent
Client photos will never be used for marketing without written consent.

For clients enrolled in The Isla Club: Isla Glow Bank:
- Minimum $75 monthly auto-deposit
- Funds never expire
- 6-month minimum commitment, cancel anytime after
- Deposits may be increased or paused
- Eligible for 5% Glow Bonus every 6 months
- Funds can be used for services or products
- May be combined with promotions unless stated otherwise
